Wilderpark entertained Kingsdown Racers in a back to back fixture at Raleys Field and shared the points in a 3-3 drawn encounter.
Trailing 3-1 with half an hour to go Kingsdown grabbed two goals to claw back into the game after the Park midfield as a unit failed to protect the defence. Goals by Jim Hagon, a header from a corner, aJoe McLoughlin penalty and an Alex David shot from close range had put the Park into the ascendancy as they strive to fight of relegation.
The Park were without keeper Chris Esposito with Steve Henniker deputising, the injured Neil Cuttsand the unavailable Billy Brazenell.
The Reserves who were missing keeper Mike Jauncey, went down 4-1 to hosts Borough Green and generally were out muscled by their opponents. A disappointing day at “the office”.
This coming Saturday April 5 the lst team entertain Otford United Reserves at Raleys Field, kick off 2.00pm whilst the Reserves have a double header against Sundridge Rangers at Sundridge Recreation Ground.
