Race Night proves to be a hot favourite

After a disappointing game on the Saturday afternoon Race Night brought some much needed relief and was a roaring success!

The evening went well with a good turnout of players, staff and club friends all raising an amazing amount of money for the club and charity.

In total, the night raised £1390 of which the club has made a donation of £240 to CALM via Marcia’s Story.

The club would like to extend our thanks to everybody involved in helping organise the evening including, Nigel and Jackie and the regulars of the Queens Head in Downe, Paul Gubby for running the racing and to Mark Taylor and Badboy for running the books on the night and a big thanks to Paul Burgess for organising the whole night!

Look forward to the next one now!
